How much does a house clearance cost in Luxembourg?

Do you speak English?
Yes. Our team is multilingual — English, French, German, Luxembourgish and Portuguese. Around half of Luxembourg residents are non-Luxembourgish, and we handle the entire process (quote, scheduling, invoice, communication with your landlord or notary) in English.
How quickly can you intervene?

Can you manage a clearance while I am abroad?
Yes — many of our clients are expats, non-resident owners or heirs living outside Luxembourg. We handle everything remotely: video or photo assessment, photo reports before, during and after, electronic document signing, and key handover to your notary, estate agent or building manager. You do not need to be in the country.
What happens to the items you collect?
We sort everything rigorously. Items in good condition are donated to our partner charities (Luxembourg Red Cross, Caritas). Recyclable materials (metal, wood, appliances, WEEE) go to approved recycling centres in the Grand Duchy. Only genuine waste ends up at certified disposal facilities. You receive a recycling certificate at the end.
What do you do if you find valuables?
Any item of value — cash, jewellery, important documents, collectibles — is immediately set aside, documented and handed over to you (or the notary, for an estate clearance). This is a strict, non-negotiable rule of our protocol.

The whole Grand Duchy of Luxembourg: Luxembourg City, Esch-sur-Alzette, Differdange, Dudelange, Pétange, Bettembourg, Strassen, Mamer, Bertrange, Hesperange, Schifflange, Grevenmacher, Echternach, Diekirch, Ettelbruck, Wiltz, Clervaux, Vianden and every other municipality. No call-out fee within 30 km of Luxembourg City. We also serve parts of the Greater Region on request.
Is the visit and the quote really free?

Do you handle hoarder homes and Diogenes syndrome?
Yes, this is one of our specialities. Our team is trained and equipped for these complex cases: protective suits, FFP3 masks, professional biocides, certified disinfection protocol. We work with absolute discretion — unmarked vehicles — and can coordinate with Luxembourg social services when needed.
Is cleaning included after the clearance?
Yes. A basic clean is systematically carried out after every clearance, so you get the property back clean and ready. For heavy cases (unsanitary homes, hoarding, post-damage), our extreme cleaning service with certified disinfection takes over.
Do you provide an invoice with VAT for businesses?
Yes. We issue invoices with Luxembourg VAT and can provide a certificate of professional liability insurance. For estate agencies, property managers and notaries with recurring needs, we set up framework agreements.
