Estate clearance handled with care
After a bereavement, emptying the family home is one of the most delicate steps. Before anything leaves the property, we identify items of value and set them aside for the heirs. A detailed photo inventory can be produced on request. Important documents, photographs and sentimental items found during the clearance are systematically safeguarded and handed over. Items in good condition are donated to Luxembourg charities, and you receive a recycling certificate at the end.

The heirs live abroad. Is that a problem?
Not at all — it is very common in Luxembourg. We handle everything remotely: video call for the assessment, photo reports before, during and after, electronic signature of documents, and key handover to the notary or agency.
What if you find money or valuables?
Everything of value — cash, jewellery, documents, collectibles — is immediately set aside, documented and handed over to the heirs or the notary. This is a strict, non-negotiable rule of our estate clearance protocol.
Can you meet a notarial deadline?
Yes. Once the date is set (sale, succession settlement, end of lease), we commit to it in writing. We regularly work under deadline for Luxembourg notarial offices.
How much does an estate clearance cost?
